Position Summary:
- - Based on a technical understanding of customers’ specific applications, provide technical consulting on Swagelok products and their applications, and actively lead the growth of Swagelok Korea.

- - Have a thorough technical knowledge in major industries and consult with key customers of each industry to improve their systems effectively utilizing Swagelok products, applications and the capabilities of Customer Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Technical consulting in field with customer application knowledge and Swagelok service and products knowledge.
- - Based on information from customers and sales division, create designs and high level engineering, and conduct technical consulting for key customers.
- - To improve Swagelok Korea technical capabilities, find required third party organizations and develop(capabilities).
- - Lead the collection of information and training for Swagelok Korea managers and customers regarding new products.
- - Propose new product development and special products for key applications in important industries.
- - Build relationships with Swagelok senior managers and continuously exchange high level information such as new technologies, market needs, etc.
- - Respond to important trouble shooting needs.
- - Lead negotiations with important industries for technical aspects regarding local regulations.
- - Lead activities of information collection and establishment of standards for important industries with standards organizations.
- - Carry out other special assignments.
Professional Experience:
- - 8+ years working experience in the related field is preferred.
- - Fluid system hands-on experience is preferred.
- - Experience in project management of a high level of difficulty
- - Experience giving presentations in English and logistics design
- - Wide ranging product knowledge, understanding of piping and diagrams, and proficiency in MS Office
- - Possess technical mastery and development ability for target markets and applications of Swagelok- Engineering level and carrier in the related market of specified system or applications.
- - MS Office, VBA, VISIO, CAD skill
