Position Summary:
- - Manage safety, quality, delivery, and productivity on the production shop floor while leading associates to ensure production plans are executed efficiently.
- - Contribute to achieving organizational goals by driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
- - Support workforce planning and develop employees' job competencies and technical skills through coaching and training.
- - Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams and management to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

1) Shopfloor and fabrication management
- Maintain and continuously improve production equipment and measuring instruments to ensure production schedules and quality requirements are met.
- Identify root causes of shopfloor issues promptly and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize impacts on quality and delivery.
- Drive continuous productivity improvement initiatives to optimize shopfloor operating costs.
- 2) Quality control
- Ensure compliance with the Swagelok Quality System (SQS-D) and ISO 9001 requirements by providing guidance and training to production associates. - - Monitor and enhance shopfloor quality systems to proactively detect and prevent defects.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions for customer complaints and internal quality issues. - - Lead 5S and other continuous quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with related teams.
- 3) People management
- Manage employee attendance and allocate manpower effectively according to production requirements.
- Oversee Swagelok certification status for associates and provide training in time.
- Evaluate individual performance, provide mentoring, and conduct 1-on-1 discussions to support associate development and motivation.
- 4) Safety and environment control
- Promote a zero-incident workplace by identifying potential hazards and implementing workplace safety improvements.
- Foster a strong safety culture through safety awareness training, incident communication, and continuous safety initiatives.
Professional Experience:

- 7 to 10 year working experience in manufacturing and shopfloor lead is required.

- Experience in the fluid systems industry (e.g., semiconductor, petrochemical, or related industries) is preferred.

- Cleanroom operation and management experience is preferred.

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment Experience in Tube welding and Tube bending is preferred.

- Experience with tube welding and tube bending is preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D engineering drawings.

- Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
