Professional Experience:

• - 7 to 10 year working experience in manufacturing and shopfloor lead is required.
• - Experience in the fluid systems industry (e.g., semiconductor, petrochemical, or related industries) is preferred.
• - Cleanroom operation and management experience is preferred.
• - Strong knowledge and practical experience in quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment Experience in Tube welding and Tube bending is preferred.
• - Experience with tube welding and tube bending is preferred.
• - Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D engineering drawings.

Position Summary:

• - Obtain basic Swagelok product and sales knowledge and learn basic system operations, and contribute to growth of Swagelok Korea by providing technical support.
• - Handle assigned work appropriately based on minimum knowledge and general skills for current work.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Regarding work for which clear rules are set, follow standard processes and work order.
• - Arrange and generate forms/documents (strength calculations, parameter sheets, sample cylinder certificates, environmental control auditing, etc.)
• - Manufacture all hoses, respond to trouble and conduct final inspections.

Position Summary:

• Conduct logistic task that related to Gwangmyeong warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Inbound and outbound of raw material & finished product from Production team.
• - Inspect items and quantities of incoming products.
• - Put away the products on the designated shelves.
• - Complete inbound and outbound of raw materials & product in the system.
• - Regular invenoty count by Item , report the result in the system.
• - Unpack and issue raw materials to the production line, and protective packaging of finished goods for transfer to 3PL warehouses.

Position Summary:

• The Senior Internal Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing and integrating internal control operations, enterprise risk management, operational audits, contract/legal review, insurance management, and compliance. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role aims to minimize the company’s risk exposure, enhance the stability and efficiency of operational processes, and strengthen overall corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage company-wide insurance programs (property, product liability, general liability, logistics, etc.)
• - Handle insurance renewals, premium reviews, and coverage optimization
• - Manage insurance claims and coordinate with loss adjusters in case of incidents
• - Assess insurance risks related to new businesses and assets

• - Experience in process-driven industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or logistics

Position Summary:

• - Based on a technical understanding of customers’ specific applications, provide technical consulting on Swagelok products and their applications, and actively lead the growth of Swagelok Korea.

• - Have a thorough technical knowledge in major industries and consult with key customers of each industry to improve their systems effectively utilizing Swagelok products, applications and the capabilities of Customer Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Technical consulting in field with customer application knowledge and Swagelok service and products knowledge.
• - Based on information from customers and sales division, create designs and high level engineering, and conduct technical consulting for key customers.
• - To improve Swagelok Korea technical capabilities, find required third party organizations and develop(capabilities).
• - Lead the collection of information and training for Swagelok Korea managers and customers regarding new products.
• - Propose new product development and special products for key applications in important industries.
• - Build relationships with Swagelok senior managers and continuously exchange high level information such as new technologies, market needs, etc.
