Position Summary:
- Play a crucial role in ensuring our products and meet the highest standards of quality by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and recording the
Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement quality control procedures, policies and monitor process compliance status through the system and auditing the manufacturing process.
- - Establish inspection standards for products, conduct regular inspections and quality tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- - Conduct incoming and outcoming inspection. (In case of outcoming inspection, be a host of customer witness )
- - Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, reviewing documents, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable
- - Identify and resolve quality issues during production or at final stages of product
- - Implement corrective action related findings, monitor compliance status, and collaborate with related teams on the corrective
- - Conduct quality assessment and audit on the 3rd party
- - Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities, including test results, reports, and compliance
- - Manage non-conformance issues(material and finished products, and other findings need to be improved) and report improvement action status as well as communicating with related teams actively to solve non-conformance and escalating critical issues.
- - Control and manage ISO-9001 system
- - Manage and calibrate whole measurement equipment in the
- - Handle customer complaint and lead improvement plan with respective
- - Carry out other special assignments.
Professional Experience:
- - 7+ years of working experience in the related field is
- - Experience with manufacturing quality
- - Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures, and ISO-9001
- - Experience in works on KS and KGSC certification.
- - Proficient with basic software such as MS Office(especially Excel),
- - Ability to travel based on business needs
