Position Summary:
- - Inside Sales Admin supports all pre-to-post sales tasks so that Swagelok Korea's Operation department/Inside Sales team can improve the level of service and performance provided to customers.
- - Appropriately handle and manage quotes, orders, deliveries, invoicing, and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- - Deliver high level of service quality to our internal & external customers in a timely manner and better customer connect. Own and manage customer experience by providing faster resolution, effortless experience, etc.
- - Demonstrate influential communication skills in a multi-channel contact environment (phone, emails, CRM system, chat, etc.)
- - Act as a point of contact for the order handling process including delivery scheduling and shipping. Handle internal queries and customer queries on every stage of quote, order entry, and order tracking support within established procedures.
- - Handle system operation such as entering stock files, customer files, quotation, order, return, delivery note in SAP B1 system.
- - Process timely resolution of all return and claim requests under the direction of Inside Sales.
- - Collaborate with relevant department/teams to understand and meet customer requirements.
- - Carry out other special assignments.
Professional Experience:
- - 1+ year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and ERP system are preferred.
- - Operate order receiving systems and PC.
- - Having a product knowledge is preferred.
