Position Summary:
- Responsible for service to customers of Swagelok Equipments and Tools to enhance customer experience.
- - Based on technical knowledge of the products, supported customers in properly using and maintaining Swagelok equipment and tools through the provision of relevant materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Received customer claims for Swagelok equipment and tools and provided troubleshooting in accordance with supervisor instructions or relevant procedures.
- Understand Swagelok service manuals.
- Performed repair services in accordance with repair service manuals or supervisor instructions.
- Create quotations for repairs.
- Carried out shipment inspection for SWS products.
- Calibrate tools and gauges for repairs according to requirement by SQS-D.
- Retain requested certifications according to requirement by SQS-D.
- Constantly improve reparing skills to improve service quality.
- Carry out other special assignments.

Professional Experience:
- - Over a year of working experience in the related field(electrical or electronic system assembly and repair field) is preferred.
- - Basic knowledge in electrical and electronic systems.
- - Basic MS Office operations
- - Candidates with relevent certifications are preferred.
