Production Supervisor

Position Summary:

• - Manage safety, quality, delivery, and productivity on the production shop floor while leading associates to ensure production plans are executed efficiently.
• - Contribute to achieving organizational goals by driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• - Support workforce planning and develop employees' job competencies and technical skills through coaching and training.
• - Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams and management to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1) Shopfloor and fabrication management

Professional Experience:

• - 7 to 10 year working experience in manufacturing and shopfloor lead is required.
• - Experience in the fluid systems industry (e.g., semiconductor, petrochemical, or related industries) is preferred.
• - Cleanroom operation and management experience is preferred.
• - Strong knowledge and practical experience in quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment Experience in Tube welding and Tube bending is preferred.
• - Experience with tube welding and tube bending is preferred.
• - Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
• - Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• - English (Written)
• - Minimum education: 2- or 3-year college or higher.
